Refund policy
Please double-check your sizing and quantity before purchasing. If you have any sizing issues (due to Tripp & Company sending incorrect sizing), missing pieces, or defects upon receiving your items, please email support@trippandco.com within five business days. Items with defects or sizing issues must be returned to us within 7 business days, or the item is no longer eligible for exchange.
We will accept exchanges, or store credit but no returns. Tripp & Company will not pay for shipping on exchanges- customer must pay for all shipping costs. Once Tripp & Company receives items that are needing to be exchanged, a store credit will be issued. Tags must be attached and in original packaging. We will not accept worn or washed clothing for exchange. Tripp & Company will only provide the shipping label for defective and wrong size clothing only to be sent back.
Merchandise that is sent back for store credit, due to an exchange, will be processed on the Friday week the package was received. Merchandise that was purchased through the sale tab cannot be exchanged. All sale tab merchandise is final sale!
