Shipping policy
Tripp & Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once packages are mailed, we are no longer responsible for the package. If you have any sizing issues due to Tripp & Co. sending wrong sizing, pieces missing, or defects upon receiving your items, please email support@trippandco.com within 5 business days. We will provide the shipping label for defective and wrong-sized clothing only to be sent back. All estimated times of pre-purchase merchandise are listed on the listing on the website. Production time is out of our control once all clothing is ordered.
